We currently offer shipping across Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas. We do not ship internationally at this time.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of oder confirmation.
- All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone, and we will offer alternatives or a full refund.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available for selected areas at an additional cost, with delivery within 1-3 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or third-party courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
- Free shipping nationwide (T&Cs apply).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues

- In case of incorrect or missing deliveries, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
7. Delivery Restrictions
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas. Please ensure that your address is correct and complete at checkout.
- In the case of a failed delivery attempt, the order may be returned to us, and you may be charged an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Defective Items

9. Custom Duties & Taxes
For orders within Pakistan, all local taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. There are no additional charges at delivery.
